• For houses larger than listed or office spaces, a detailed quote will be given on inspection. Work will commence on approval of rates

• Service delivery will be either made on the same day or else will be scheduled within the next 6 days from the date of booking based on the convenience of the customer and available slots of the service partner.
• The discount rates for cleaning might vary if the area exceeds the limit provided in our chart.
• Discount rates is strictly based on specification and there may be variations due to area and effort.
• The discount rates will get reflected on the final bill.

• Rates given are approximate estimate based on average size of flats, rates will be varied based on requirements and size. 
• Rates of Villas and Independent houses will be comparatively higher compared to flats.
